Service Description
Express your artistic side with friends as you enjoy sips of your favorite beverage (BYOB). Whether step-by-step or pre-sketched, you are in for a colorful experience like never before with the talented artist, Eliana Brown. This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) event. Supplies provided: Canvas, Paint, Paint Pallet/Brushes, Water Cups, Aprons, Easel, and Lesson. Receive $2 OFF your paint experience if you bring your own paintbrushes. Children ages 6-14, receive $5 OFF their paint experience. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 must be made to secure the event. Deposits made are applicable to the total cost of service. Final payment methods will be confirmed during the consultation. Bookings require a 10-person minimum in order to be accepted. Policies BOOKING FEE: All bookings (post consultation) require a non-refundable deposit of $50, which will go towards the overall total amount for the service provided. LATE FEE: A late fee of $50 will be added to the client's service amount if the client is an hour late to the booking. If tardiness exceeds an hour, the booking will automatically be canceled and booking deposits will be required for future bookings. CANCELLATION: If there is a need to reschedule, arrangements must be made 48 hours prior to your event's date. Failure to comply with rescheduling requirements will result in the cancellation of the entire booking and booking deposits will be required for future bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a sip and paint requires you to choose a package that best suits your needs. The packages are priced based on canvas size subtract $5 for anyone 8 and under (please clarify how many at the time of booking and identify those individuals at the event. Small: 8x10 $35 per person Medium 9x12 $40 per person Large: 11x14 $45 per person X large: 16x20 $55 per person Ask about group discounts for groups larger than 15 ppl. COUPLES PAINT SESSIONS: you get one to two hours of one on one instruction on how to create your masterpiece, mix colors and tips and tricks.   I will come to your location (that must be disclosed at booking or at least 3 days before, set everything up for the paint session and will serve you your drinks, food or snacks that you provide for the experience. Add $100 to your canvas selection for this option. Max group size 4 ppl All supplies needed to conduct the sip and paint lesson are provided. They are as follows: *paint *brushes *aprons *easels *canvas *paper towel *paint pallet *water cup *color mixing chart (for kits) ****optional stencil Non supply items: set up, lesson, clean up and transport A non refundable booking fee of $50 is required at the time of booking. This is applied to the total.
