Overview of Services Eliana B Artist Studios offers personalized creative consulting services designed to assist clients with a wide range of artistic needs, including but not limited to: • Concept development for visual art projects, installations, and events. • Art studio layout and design. • Artistic business branding and identity creation. • Event and workshop planning (art-focused). • Artistic project management and execution strategies. • Integration of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) concepts into artistic programs. 2. Consulting Packages and Pricing • Initial Consultation (1 hour): Free or $100 (if in-depth planning is required). • Discuss goals, project ideas, and consulting needs. • Includes a follow-up email with a summary and preliminary suggestions. • Hourly Rate: $125 per hour. • Tailored advice, creative direction, or ongoing project assistance. • Ideal for clients seeking feedback, brainstorming sessions, or project adjustments. • Project-Based Consulting: Starting at $500. • For larger projects requiring multiple sessions or extensive support (e.g., event planning, art studio setup, or artistic business consulting). • Includes concept development, strategy planning, timelines, and detailed feedback throughout the project. • Monthly Retainer Package: Starting at $1,000 per month. • Includes up to 10 hours of consulting per month. • Designed for long-term projects, ongoing creative direction, or business consulting. • Additional hours billed at a discounted rate of $100 per hour. 3. Scope of Work • Each consultation is customized to the client’s unique needs and project goals. • Detailed research, sketches, concept drafts, or mood boards may be provided as part of the consulting process, depending on the package selected. • For project-based or retainer clients, regular updates and feedback sessions will be scheduled to ensure progress aligns with the client’s vision. 4.
