Service Description
Our bodies are a work of art. Body painting is a form of free expression and adds a creative touch to events, shows, photoshoots, etc. We offer Belly painting, Head to Torso painting, and Full Body painting. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 must be made to secure the event. Deposits made are applicable to the total cost of service. Final payment methods will be confirmed during the consultation. Policies BOOKING FEE: All bookings (post consultation) require a non-refundable deposit of $50, which will go towards the overall total amount for service provided. LATE FEE: A late fee of $50 will be added to the client's service amount if the client is an hour late to the booking. If tardiness exceeds an hour, the booking will automatically be canceled and booking deposits will be required for future bookings. CANCELLATION: If there is a need to reschedule, arrangements must be made 48 hours prior to your event's date. Failure to comply with rescheduling requirements will result in the cancellation of the entire booking and booking deposits will be required for future bookings.

Body Paint Policy for Eliana B Artist Studios 1. Base Pricing Structure • Maternity Belly Painting (Torso Only): Starting at $150. • Includes custom designs on the belly area, using standard body paints. • Pricing is based on simple to moderate designs. 2. Full-Body Painting • Torso Up (Chest, Arms, Back): Starting at $250. • Pricing increases based on the complexity of the design. • Full-Body Painting: Starting at $400. • Full-body designs may include intricate patterns, characters, or detailed artwork. • Price varies based on coverage and design complexity. 3. Mediums and Technique Pricing • Airbrush Paint: Add an additional $50 to the base price. • Ideal for smooth gradients and highly detailed designs. • Available for both torso and full-body painting. • Hand-Painted Body Paint: Included in the base price. • Custom hand-painted designs using traditional body paints. • Specialty Paints: Add an additional $75. • Includes glow-in-the-dark, UV-reactive, or metallic paints. 4. Design Complexity Tiers • Simple Designs: Minimal details, geometric shapes, or patterns. • No additional charge for simple designs. • Moderate Designs: Includes shading, gradients, and more detailed artwork. • Additional $50 for torso or $100 for full-body. • Intricate Designs: Detailed scenes, characters, or highly intricate patterns. • Additional $100 for torso or $200 for full-body. 5. Session Duration and Booking • Time Required: Each session varies depending on the complexity and design choice. • Simple designs: 1-2 hours. • Moderate designs: 2-3 hours. • Intricate designs: 4+ hours. • Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. • Clients are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early to review designs and finalize details. 6. Additional Fees • Travel Fee: Additional fees apply if on-site services are required outside of the studio. • Starts at $50 for local travel within a 20-mile radius. 7. Policies and Terms • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for deposit refunds or rescheduling. • Liability: The studio is not responsible for any skin reactions to paints. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the artist of any allergies before the session begins. This policy ensures clear pricing based on the level of design complexity and medium choice, providing a transparent and customized experience for clients seeking body painting services.
