Service Description

Our bodies are a work of art. Body painting is a form of free expression and adds a creative touch to events, shows, photoshoots, etc. We offer Belly painting, Head to Torso painting, and Full Body painting. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 must be made to secure the event. Deposits made are applicable to the total cost of service. Final payment methods will be confirmed during the consultation. Policies BOOKING FEE: All bookings (post consultation) require a non-refundable deposit of $50, which will go towards the overall total amount for service provided. LATE FEE: A late fee of $50 will be added to the client's service amount if the client is an hour late to the booking. If tardiness exceeds an hour, the booking will automatically be canceled and booking deposits will be required for future bookings. CANCELLATION: If there is a need to reschedule, arrangements must be made 48 hours prior to your event's date. Failure to comply with rescheduling requirements will result in the cancellation of the entire booking and booking deposits will be required for future bookings.


Cancellation Policy

Paint Party offers creative painting events for entertainment purposes where a tutor guides attendees through the creative process. The duration is 2-3 hours during which attendees create a piece of art while enjoying light music and good company. Example artworks or painting sources provided by us can be used as guidelines, but attendees are free to improvise on their own art pieces, which they can take home as a keepsake from the event. Events are limited so attendees are obliged to show proof of a purchased ticket. Private Events may be organized at Eliana B Art Studio or another venue via our website, subject to availability and scheduling. It’s possible to order a custom artwork for a private event (for an additional fee) by contacting us through our website. Our events are not designed to be academic in nature, they are intended to be fun and light hearted. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who may be abusive or belligerent with any staff, venue employee or other participants. A sip and paint requires you to choose a package that best suits your needs. The packages are priced based on canvas size subtract $5 for anyone 12 and under (please clarify how many at the time of booking and identify those individuals at the event. Small: 8x10 $35 per person Medium 9x12 $40per person Large: 11x14 $45 per person X large: 16x20 $55 per person Ask about group discounts for groups larger than 15 ppl. COUPLES PAINT SESSIONS: you get one to two hours of one on one instruction on how to create your masterpiece, mix colors and tips and tricks. I will come to your location (that must be disclosed at booking or at least 3 days before, set everything up for the paint session and will serve you your drinks, food or snacks that you provide for the experience. Add $100 to your canvas selection for this option. Max group size 4 ppl All supplies, such as paint, brushes, canvases, aprons, or any other items and materials necessary for the completion of the piece will be provided by us. Please be advised to wear clothing you do not mind getting paint on as accidents happen to the best of us. A non refundable booking fee of $50 is required at the time of booking. This is applied to the total. The full amount is due prior to the start of the sip and paint or if all canvas requires pre-sketching. 6. Payment
